Tasting notes:
A wine of great body, full, complex persistent and elegant. After 10 days of fermentatio on the skin this wine mature and age for 9 month i french barriques. Characteristic aromas of red fruit such as ripe plums, with spicy notes reminiscent of black pepper. In the mouth it is dry, warm with a refined softness balanced by elegant tannins.

Food pairing:
Roasted and grilled meats, rich and savory cheeses are the perfect pairing for this wine from the very ancient autochthonous vine of the same name.

Serving temperature: 15-17°C – (59-63° F)
