Tasting notes:
Wine obtained from grapes from the oldest vines of our estate. Skin contact with the must and aging in barriques are the characteristics of this Vermentino. Fresh fruit and yellow apple are the main aromas. The aromatic nature of the wood gives the wine finesse, elegance and above all longevity.

Food pairing:
All raw and roasted seafood dishes, as well as aged cheeses go perfectly with this elegant Vermentino.
